Roasted Turkey with Lemon Recipe

    Ingredients
    For the stuffing
    180 grs grated bread
    500 grs grind meat
    2 chopped onions
    2 teaspoons of parsley
    2 teaspoons of garlic
    2 teaspoons of grated lemon peel
    50 grs of chopped nuts
    1 turkey of 4 kilos
    60 grs of butter
    1 lemon cut in slices
    1 cup of chicken broth
    1 cup of white wine
    2 teaspoons of flour
    100 grs of cranberry sauce

    Preparation

    1. In a small bowl mix meat, grated bread, onions, parsley, grated lemon peel and nuts mix until obtaining smooth dough, place the stuffing in side of the turkey and tie the turkey’s legs with cooking thread, place the turkey in a butter pan, add cut lemon, pour lemon juice, white wine and chicken broth and cover with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours remove the turkey form the oven, remove the aluminum foil and lemon, pour some melted butter and bake for 1 more hour. Remove the turkey from the oven, pour the turkey juice on a small pot and make light gravy.
    2. Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce and gravy.
