A Tender Lamb Cake Recipe

Materials
Cake made with a lamb shaped mold
A wrapped base with the same shape as the cake
1 recipe of butter cream glaze
Green, red, skin and yellow food coloring paste
Decorating sleeve
Filter tips #71 and 81
A little fondant
Brush

Shaping and decoration

1. Stretch the skin colored fondant and place it on the inside part of the mold sprinkled with cornstarch. Press on it to mold the face, the inside part of the ears and the hooves.
2. Do the same to model the ribbon with yellow fondant.
3. Place the cake on the wrapped cardboard and grease the sides and the places where the fondant plaques go with white glaze.
4. Place the plaques in their corresponding places. Paint the details (nose, tongue, eyes, etc).
5. Color the glaze green and outline the different parts.
6. Place the rest of the glaze in a decorating sleeve and with filter tip #71 make star tips on the sides of the ears and legs.
7. Change to filter tip #81 and make curls making “e” shapes separately.
8. Make the lower ribbing in big zigzag shapes with the same filter tip and white glaze.
