Almond Butterscotch

    Ingredients
    200gr flour
    200gr sugar
    200gr almonds
    200gr butter
    Some glazed sugar to sprinkle

    Preparation

    1. Place all the ingredients on a bowl and mix them well until they become dough (if the almonds are very well chopped they will mingle better).
    2. Spread the dough.
    3. Cut the rolls and place them on an oven tray, place them into a medium heated oven.
    4. After removing them from the oven, sprinkle glazed sugar on them.

    Practical advice
    It’s best to cut the butterscotch with a cake cutter
