Ingredients:
1 medium sized ripe melon
800grs of muscatel grapes
1 small can of pineapple
1 bottle of champagne
200grs of sugar
3 egg whites
2 cups of grenadines
Preparation:
Cut the melon in half and remove the seeds; remove all the pulp with a spoon and blend it. Add the muscatel grape extract which should be previously mashed to the blended melon, add also the pineapple extract, the champagne, the grenadine syrup, the sugar and mix all well.
Pour the mix into an ice cream maker and work on it until you get an ice cream or spongy cream to which you will add the cut pineapple in dice and the beat egg whites till stiff.
