Ingredients
375 grams sifted flour, with 3 teaspoons baking soda
¼ kilo butter
water
Fruit Stuffing
440 grams canned apple slices, drained
440 grams canned apricot halves, drained
¾ cup (125 grams) raisins
2 tablespoons sugar
Preparation
1. Rub in the butter with your fingertips, with the flour until you get crumbs. Separate 1/3 of the mix, and to the rest, add enough water to get firm dough. Knead and wrap a round 20 cm diameter tin, already buttered and floured.
2. For the stuffing, mix the apples, apricots and raisins, and put the mix in the pie.
3. Mix the sugar with the mix you kept aside and sprinkle over the fruit. Bake for 10 minutes, turn the heat down to 180°C and bake for 20 more minutes. Oven temperature: 190°C
