Apple Tart

    Ingredients
    200gr flour
    2 eggs
    25gr powdered sugar
    50gr butter
    50gr margarine
    Salt

    Filling
    6 apples
    100gr brown sugar
    100gr chopped almonds
    2 tsps ground cinnamon
    2tbsps apricot jam
    50gr butter

    Preparation

    1. Mix the flour salt and powdered sugar. Add the butter and margarine, mix until all is joined well, add an egg and mix well, add a little water until you get flexible dough.
    2. Place at a low rectangular mold.
    3. Give the dough more brightness by using a whole beat egg.
    4. Mix the brown sugar with the almonds and cinnamon and spread evenly on top of the dough which is covered with the egg.
    5. Peel the apples and cut them in fours and after into very thin slices, join them by forming half apple shapes with them.
    6. Put them in rows.
    7. Heat the jam with a tbsp of water; “paint” the apples with this mix.
    8. Put a little butter on top of each apple.
    9. Put the cake into the oven at a moderate heat for 1 hour.
    10. Remove from the oven and let it cool off for 5 minutes in the same mold.
    11. With the point of a knife separate the sides from the mold and remove slowly and carefully for it not to break or crumble.
    12. Accompany it with skimmed milk.

    Practical advice
    In the case of not having a roller, a bottle can be used, fill the bottle with sand so it has some weight.
