Ingredients
6 apples
6 eggs
2 cups of milk
8 tbsp sugar
A little butter
Brandy
Preparation
- Remove the apple cores and fill with butter and brandy.
- Place into the oven until they are cooked.
- Beat the egg yolks with milk, 3 egg whites till stiff and 6 tbsp of sugar.
- Pour onto the apples and place into the oven until they harden, remove from oven.
- Beat the rest of the egg whites with 2 tbsp of sugar until stiff.
- Cover the apples with the egg white and sugar mix and put into the oven for a while until they are brown.
Practical advice
Decorate with a prune on each apple.
