Ingredients
12 apples

2.5dl of white wine
Preparation
- Remove the core and fill with a tbsp of sugar and a little butter.
- Place the apples on an oven tray with the wine.
- Bake at a low flame oven for them to cook on the inside, turn up the flame to cook the external part of the apples.
- Place them on a serving tray.
- Pour four tbsp of water and two of sugar on the oven tray where the apples were baked, cook for a while for the sugar of the apples to get unstuck.
- Pour the sugar water from the oven tray on top of the apples.
Practical advice
Another way of baking the apples can be by filling them with sugar soaked in brandy.
