Ingredients
2 kilos of potatoes peel and cut in slices
2 bell peppers
A pinch of salt and pepper
2 teaspoons of fine herbs
1 cup of chicken broth
125 grs of butter
Preparation
Pre heat oven at 180c, butter pan with butter, place the potatoes on the pan with herbs, bell peppers, butter and chicken broth cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and take away the aluminum foil and bake for 30 more minutes. Remove from the oven, serve the potatoes hot.
