This milkshake is full of protein and can be drunken at any moment of the day. The linseeds can be replaced if you like.
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
300 grams of tofu
2 bananas
125 grams of raspberries
1 liter of apple juice
2 tablespoons of linseeds
Preparation
- Chop the tofu and place it in the food processor or the blender. Chop the bananas and place them in the food processor along with the raspberries and half of the apple juice. Blend until it acquires a homogenous mixture.
- Grind the linseeds in a coffee grinder then add them into the food processor or blender with the rest of the apple juice and blend again until it is thick and foamy. Serve right away.
