Ingredients
6 small bananas
125gr flour
Salt
1 egg
½ cup of milk
Oil
Sugar
1 cup skimmed milk
Preparation
- Sift the flour and salt into a container.
- Make a hole in the center and add the egg, add half of the milk and stir with a wooden ladle until it becomes soft dough.
- Add the rest of the milk gradually and continue mixing until it becomes a liquid dough.
- Let it rest for an hour.
- Peel bananas, cut them lengthwise and bathe them with the dough.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the bananas and do not let them stick together for two or three minutes until brown.
- Place them on paper to filter out the oil.
- Place them carefully on a tray, sprinkle sugar on top and serve them with skimmed milk served separately
Practical advice
The buns can also be prepared with apples, pineapple, pears, etc.
