This is an ideal food for breakfast or a Sunday lunch instead of bread. When they are heated in the oven, they taste better if honey is spread over them and are served with natural yogurt. Muffins can be eaten at any time of the day and are a good way to have a snack that will fill you up and are ideal for picnics.
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Makes: 15 muffins
Ingredients
120 grams of whole-wheat flour
120 grams of refined corn flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 tablespoons of liquid honey
140 ml of milk
2 bananas
140 ml of natural thick yogurt
Preparation
- Slightly grease 15 muffin pans.
- Place the whole-wheat flour, the corn flour, the baking powder, the beaten egg and the honey in a food processor and mix it all together well. Pour the milk in until the mixture acquires a soft consistency. Peel the bananas, chop the fruit and add it into the mixture.
- Divide the banana mixture in the molds and bake in the center of the previously heated oven at 180 degrees C. from 12 to 15 minutes or until they rise and are golden. Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool. Serve with honey and yogurt.
