Brandy Cream

    • For  6 servings

    Ingredients 
    3 egg yolks
    90gr sugar
    180gr butter
    1tbsp cornstarch
    2tbsp raw milk
    1 small cup of brandy

    Preparation

    1. Beat the egg yolks, sugar, cornstarch and milk well.
    2. Put the mix into a casserole pot and cook at a low flame until it thickens.
    3. Let it cool off and put in blender, add the butter and blend thoroughly, add brandy slowly to the blender.
    4. Place the cream in a container and put into the freezer.
    5. Serve frozen.

    Practical advice
    The stiff egg whites can be placed after the brandy, with which the cream gets foamier.
