Ingredients
3 eggs
1 orange
75gr chocolate without milk
75gr powdered sugar
Preparation
- Divide chocolate into pieces, place into a casserole pot with 2 tbsp of water.
- Mix it at a low flame mixing always with a wooden spoon until it becomes a soft cream.
- Remove from fire and add egg yolks and continue mixing well.
- Beat the egg whites till stiff adding powdered sugar little by little.
- Peel orange carefully so as to not take off the white skin.
- chop the orange peel, separate some of it to cut in thin strips.
- Mix the chopped orange peel with the cream and add egg white mix.
- Place it all in a dish and decorate the center with orange peel strips
- Place in fridge and serve fresh.
Practical advice
The orange peel must be removed without the white skin since it will give it a bitter taste.
