A wrapped cardboard base of the same shape as the cake
1 recipe of butter cream paste
Red, blue, yellow and brown food coloring paste
Decorating sleeve

Filter tips #71, 22, 80 and 401

Shaping and decoration
- Place the cake to the wrapped base of the same size and cover it with white glaze.
- With a toothpick mark the outlines of the different parts.
- Color part of the glaze with dark brown food coloring and place it into the decorating sleeve with filter tip #80.
- Outline all the marked sides.
- Dye the glaze with the rest of the colors. Place them on the decorating sleeve with filter tip #71 and fill in all the parts, making star tips (light brown for the face, hands and feet; red for the shirt and blue for the pants).
- Make the eyelashes and moustache with white glaze with filter tip #22; the eyes are white with brown center.
- To make the hat use a spatula and blue glaze; make a ruffle with filter tip #401 and, with filter tip #30 make the railings of the hat.
- For the belt, use a spatula and yellow glaze, make three pockets on it.
- Prepare the cardboard tools and wrap them with metal paper, decorate them with dark brown glaze.
- Finish by making a ribbing with star shaped filter tip #22 and white glaze.
