Chicken Rolls with Peaches Recipe

    Ingredients
    500 grs of dry peaches
    160 grs of pine nuts
    ΒΌ cup of oil
    2 chopped onions
    125 grs of grated bread
    3 teaspoons of chopped parsley
    2 pre beaten eggs
    2 teaspoons of oil
    60 grs of butter
    12 chicken filets
    2 teaspoons of gelatin
    2 cups of chicken broth

    Preparation

    1. Pre heat oven at 180c butter pan with butter.
    2. In a small bowl soak dry peaches in hot water for 10 minutes until tender.
    3. In a small pan toast the pine nuts until golden brown, in a different pan fry the onions until onions are soft add pine nuts, eggs, grated bread, parsley and dry peaches.
    4. In a small pan fry the chicken filets until golden brown. Cut each chicken filet in 2 spread some of the veggie mix in the chicken filets and makes rolls, cover the chicken rolls with aluminum foil and bake in the butter pan for 20 minutes.
