Chimichurri Sauce Recipe

    This Argentinean sauce goes well with just about any grilled meat. Try it over steak or grilled chicken breast and you'll have a delicious meal.

    1 1/2 cups fresh parsley, finely chopped
    1 1/2 cups fresh cilantro, finely chopped
    1/3 cup olive oil
    3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    Combine all ingredients in small bowl, until well mixed. If not using right away, cover and place in refrigerator.
