Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe

    Ingredients
    150 grs butter
    150 glazed sugar
    5 egg yolks
    5 egg whites
    2 teaspoons of sugar
    100 grs of chopped nuts
    100 grs black chocolate
    150 grs grated bread

    Preparation

    1. Beat, butter and glazed sugar gradually add the egg yolks, in a separate bowl beat egg whites and add to egg yolk mix, add the chopped nuts, grated bread chocolate mix until obtaining a smooth batter.
    2. Butter pan with butter or oil, pour the batter on the pan, and bake the pudding for 40 minutes.
    3. Let the pudding cool down before serving.
