Chocolate Cream

    For  6 servings

    Ingredients
    225gr chocolate
    3 eggs
    50gr butter
    50gr sugar
    Sour cherry in syrup

    Preparation

    1. Grate the chocolate, place in a small casserole pot, add sugar and butter, mix well and cook at a low flame stirring continuously
    2. Separate the egg whites and beat till stiff.
    3. Beat the 2 egg yolks and add them to the chocolate, mix well and add the egg whites, keep mixing until they are well joined.
    4. Put the mix in glass cups and place into fridge.
    5. Serve very cold decorated with sour cherries.

    Practical advice
    The glass cup can be decorated with sliced almonds.
