Chocolate Dessert

    • For: 6 servings
    • Time: 60 minutes

    Ingredients:
    1 liter milk
    8 egg yolks
    150 grs sugar
    50 grs pure powdered cocoa
    50 grs sugar for the cocoa
    500 ml skimmed milk
    Powdered cocoa for sprinkling

    Preparation:

    1. Boil the milk and in the meantime dissolve the chocolate n a few spoons of cold milk, add the sugar and mix with the milk.
    2. The yolks are mixed with the sugar in a thick pot and are mixed with a wooden spoon.
    3. Pour the boiling chocolate while still in the fire, stir continuously and let it thicken in the heat but don’t let it boil.
    4. Change the container for it to cool off quickly placing it in the fridge for it to harden; it takes approximately 3 or 4 hours.
    5. ½ hour before serving it, place the glass cups in the fridge for them to be very cold, place the ice cream on each cup.
    6. The skimmed milk is placed on top of the ice cream and finally you can sprinkle the powdered chocolate on top of everything.
