Chocolate Ice Cream Recipe

    Preparation

    1. Melt 100 grams of bitter chocolate with 50 ml of milk in a double boiler. Mix it and let it cool. Then prepare the same way the vanilla ice cream is prepared.
    2. Cream freezer: Mix the chocolate preparation with the rest of the ingredients and freeze it for 20 minutes.
    3. Freezer: Mix the chocolate with the whipped egg yolk, and then add in the beaten egg white and the cream.
    4. Freeze it for 6 to 7 hours.
