Chocolate Ice Cream with Rum

    Ingredients
    170gr chopped chocolate
    3 eggs
    1tbsp rum
    1 cup cream milk

    Preparation

    1. Melt the chocolate in a container placed over a casserole pot of boiling water.
    2. Once melted, add the beat egg yolk and rum.
    3. Beat the egg whites till stiff and add them to the chocolate.
    4. Distribute in glass cups and put to freeze in a freezer.
    5. Serve decorated with skimmed milk.

    Practical advice
    The cream milk is added once the chocolate is warm to avoid it from curdling.
