Ingredients:
3 eggs
75 grs powdered sugar
Crunchy chocolate
1 grated orange peel
50 grs toasted almonds in slices
Preparation:
- Melt the chocolate at a very low flame in a small pot with 2 tbsps of water.
- Remove from fire and add the egg yolks while stirring vigorously.
- Beat the egg whites till stiff and add the powdered sugar, beat very well to get a very hard meringue.
- Mix the 2 preparations softly, give them a special flavor with the grated orange peel.
- Place the mix into the trays that they are going to be served in and put the almonds on top.
