Chocolate Mousse with Almonds

    • For: 6 servings
    • Time: 60 minutes

    Ingredients:
    3 eggs
    75 grs powdered sugar
    Crunchy chocolate
    1 grated orange peel
    50 grs toasted almonds in slices

    Preparation:

    1. Melt the chocolate at a very low flame in a small pot with 2 tbsps of water.
    2. Remove from fire and add the egg yolks while stirring vigorously.
    3. Beat the egg whites till stiff and add the powdered sugar, beat very well to get a very hard meringue.
    4. Mix the 2 preparations softly, give them a special flavor with the grated orange peel.
    5. Place the mix into the trays that they are going to be served in and put the almonds on top.
