Chocolate Orange Cake Recipe

Ingredients
120 grs butter
160 grs sugar
4 egg yolks
Grated lemon and orange peel
120 grs chocolate
1 teaspoon of instant coffee
150 grs chopped almonds
60 grs of crushed cookies
The juice of 1 orange

Preparation

1. In a small bowl beat sugar, eggs and butter gradually add lemon peel, orange juice, chocolate, coffee and cookies.
2. Add pre beaten egg whites to the previous mix.
3. Butter the pan with oil or butter, pour the batter on the pan, and bake for 40 minutes
4. Let the cake cool down.
