Choux dough

    Ingredients
    250 ml water
    80 gr butter or margarine
    1 pinch of salt
    175 gr flour
    4 eggs

    Preparation

    1. Boil the water with the butter and salt.
    2. Take of the fire and add the sifted flour. Mix well using a wooden spoon until it forms a smooth texture.
    3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well. Beat the last egg in a small bowl and add little by little so it doesn’t make the dough to wet.
    4. Let it cool.
    5. Butter up a pan and cover with flour. Using a teaspoon place small piece of dough the size of a small egg in the pan.
    6. Cook for 30 min at medium heat.
