Christmas Cake Recipe

    Ingredients
    5 egg yolks
    180 grs sugar
    3 teaspoons water
    100 grs grated sweet toasted bread
    4 teaspoons of rum
    50 grs candied fruit and nuts
    ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and clover
    1 teaspoon of baking powder
    5 beaten egg whites
    Enough chocolate frosting to decorate the cake

    Preparation

    1. Beat egg yolks ,water and sugar  gradually add toasted sweet bread , rum , candied fruit, spices , keep beating for 5 more minutes ,add sifted flour , baking powder and beaten egg whites . Pour the cake batter over a butter pan, bake for 40 minutes. 
    2. Decorate the cake with chocolate frosting.
