Christmas Fruit Cake Recipe

    Ingredients
    100 grs of raisins
    100 grs candied fruit
    100 grs of white raisins
    50 grs of grated ginger
    1 teaspoon of cinnamon
    185 grs of butter
    1 cup of sugar
    100 grs of honey
    3 teaspoons of orange peel
    1/2 cup of orange juice
    100 grs of chopped almonds
    100cc of liquor
    100 grs of semolina
    4 eggs

    Preparation

    1. Pre heat oven at 150c, butter pan with butter or oil,
    2. I small bowl mix all the dry fruit with liquor and let it marinate for a whole night.
    3. In small pot prepare the semolina and cook for 5 minutes until semolina it thick add the cinnamon and butter stir until obtaining a smooth, remove from the fire and let it cool down.
    4. In small coking bowl beat eggs, sugar until creamy gradually add honey, grated orange peel, orange juice beat until all the ingredients are blend together add the marinate day fruit and semolina and beat for 5 minutes until obtaining a smooth batter.
    5. Pour the batter on the butter pan and bake for 3 hour on low fire. Remove from the oven let cool down before serving.
