Ingredients
125 grs of butter
½ cup of sugar
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 egg white
2 teaspoon of ginger
Colorful candy balls
1 cup of glaze sugar
5 ice cream cones
Preparation
- Pre heat oven at 180c, and butter pan with butter or oil, in a small bowl beat with an electric mixer, butter and sugar until creamy, gradually add eggs, flour, ginger baking soda and honey and beat until obtaining smooth cookies dough, spread the cookie dough over wax paper and cut 30 small Christmas trees with a cookie cutter, and bake for 15 minutes, remove the cookies form the oven and let them cool down.
- Beat egg white until obtaining a smooth meringue, stack the ice cream cones to create the tree base and add the meringue go pasting the cookies on the cone creating a big Christmas tree, sprinkle the colorful balls on top to give a little color to the tree.
