Materials
Cake or dessert made with a ring shaped mold
Tray
ΒΌ kg sweet condensed milk
1 recipe of chocolate frosting or whatever chocolate cream you want
60 gr of semi-bitter chocolate covering
60 gr of milk chocolate covering
120 gr of white chocolate covering
Green food coloring paste
Brush
Natural holly-tree leaves (rose, laurel or eucalyptus)
Chocolate leaves
Prepare the chocolate leaves as explained in techniques for chocolate leaves. There must be 60 leaves in total, divided in 4 colors (dark brown, light brown, white and green). Let them dry and separate them.
Shaping and decoration
- Place the cake or dessert on top of tray, spread the condensed milk on the surface.
- Cover the cake with the chosen covering.
- Accommodate the leaves on top of the cake in a harmonic form alternating the shapes and colors.
- Finally, cut the string in three parts of the same length. Make three ribbons and place them with different distances on top of the cake.
