Christmas Wreath Cake Recipe

    Materials
    Cake or dessert made with a ring shaped mold
    Tray
    ΒΌ kg sweet condensed milk
    1 recipe of chocolate frosting or whatever chocolate cream you want
    60 gr of semi-bitter chocolate covering
    60 gr of milk chocolate covering
    120 gr of white chocolate covering
    Green food coloring paste
    Brush
    Natural holly-tree leaves (rose, laurel or eucalyptus)

    Chocolate leaves
    Prepare the chocolate leaves as explained in techniques for chocolate leaves. There must be 60 leaves in total, divided in 4 colors (dark brown, light brown, white and green). Let them dry and separate them.

    Shaping and decoration

    1. Place the cake or dessert on top of tray, spread the condensed milk on the surface.
    2. Cover the cake with the chosen covering.
    3. Accommodate the leaves on top of the cake in a harmonic form alternating the shapes and colors.
    4. Finally, cut the string in three parts of the same length. Make three ribbons and place them with different distances on top of the cake.
