Coconut Chocolate Bread Pudding Recipe

    Ingredients
    1 liter of milk
    150 grs sugar
    3 teaspoons of cornstarch
    1 cup of cold milk
    3 egg yolks
    1 cup of grated coconut
    1 teaspoon of vanilla

    Chocolate Frosting
    1 ½ cup of milk
    3 chocolate bars
    1 teaspoon of cornstarch, sugar 
    1 egg
    2 teaspoons of whip cream

    Preparation
    In a small pot boil milk and sugar, in a cup dissolve the cornstarch in cold milk, once the milk boils add the cornstarch and stir steadily, remove from the fire and let it cool down, butter the pan and pour the batter on the pan bake for 40 minutes

    Frosting Preparation

    1. In a small pot boil milk and chocolate.
    2. Beat egg, cornstarch and sugar and add to the milk beating steadily, let it boil for 2 minutes, remove from the fire and let it cool down a bit, add the whip cream and mix well
    3. Cover the pudding with chocolate sauce.
