Coffee Cream Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:
½ liter of milk
5 egg yolks
50grs of coffee
100grs of sugar

Preparation:
Boil the milk with the coffee in a container and once it starts boiling, remove from fire and let it cool off.

Mix the sugar and the egg yolks and add the previously boiled milk. Let it cook at a low flame stirring it with a wooden spatula until the liquid becomes somewhat thick,  but don’t let it boil, you will know that the cream is ready if when you remove the spatula from the cream it has a light layer of the cream on it. Once it is ready let it cool off, strain and pour the cream in an ice cream maker. Place it in the freezer for it to become a hard and consistent ice cream, mix them every 5 to 10 minutes until the ice creamhardes.
