Coffee flan

    Ingredients
    ½ liter of milk
    3 eggs
    6tbsp sugar
    2tbsp coffee

    Preparation

    1. Boil the milk, once boiled add two tbsp of coffee, remove and strain it.
    2. Beat the eggs with sugar in a bowl, add milk and stir well.
    3. Place into a caramel covered flan container.
    4. Put in the oven in a double sauce pan until it’s congealed. let it cool off before removing it from the double sauce pan
    5. Serve very cold, decorated with skimmed milk or meringue.

    Practical advice
    The longer it stays in the oven, the less the flan will break when removed from the mold.
