Ingredients
½ liter of milk
3 eggs
6tbsp sugar
2tbsp coffee
Preparation
- Boil the milk, once boiled add two tbsp of coffee, remove and strain it.
- Beat the eggs with sugar in a bowl, add milk and stir well.
- Place into a caramel covered flan container.
- Put in the oven in a double sauce pan until it’s congealed. let it cool off before removing it from the double sauce pan
- Serve very cold, decorated with skimmed milk or meringue.
Practical advice
The longer it stays in the oven, the less the flan will break when removed from the mold.
