Ingredients
200gr butter
4tbsp sugar
250gr chocolate
250gr cookies
250 ml milk
3tbsps brandy
Preparation
- Mix the butter with sugar. Add egg yolks one by one and keep mixing.
- Melt the chocolate on a pot with one or two tbsps of milk in a fire.
- Add to the previous mix and keep mixing.
- Beat the egg whites till stiff.
- Mix the milk with brandy on a bowl.
- Wet the cookies with it and place a layer into the tray (the tray can be either round or squared depending on the cookies.
- Cover with a layer of chocolate, another of cookies and so forth until finishing.
- Finish by covering all the tart with chocolate.
Practical advice
Serve in the same tray.
