Cookie Tart

    Ingredients 
    200gr butter
    4tbsp sugar
    250gr chocolate
    250gr cookies
    250 ml milk
    3tbsps brandy

    Preparation

    1. Mix the butter with sugar. Add egg yolks one by one and keep mixing.
    2. Melt the chocolate on a pot with one or two tbsps of milk in a fire.
    3. Add to the previous mix and keep mixing.
    4. Beat the egg whites till stiff.
    5. Mix the milk with brandy on a bowl.
    6. Wet the cookies with it and place a layer into the tray (the tray can be either round or squared depending on the cookies.
    7. Cover with a layer of chocolate, another of cookies and so forth until finishing.
    8. Finish by covering all the tart with chocolate.

    Practical advice
    Serve in the same tray.
