Ingredients
150 grams of dark or milk chocolate, in pieces
1 cup of sour cream
Preparation
In a small casserole with boiling water, place a heat resistant bowl over the heat with the chocolate chopped in pieces. Double boil it until the chocolate has dissolved. Then let it cool. Put the sour cream into another bowl. Add the cooled chocolate and beat it until you obtain a homogenous creamy mixture. Spread it over the cake.
