Crunchy Sweet Balls Recipe

    Ingredients
    2 teaspoons of gelatin
    1 cup of water
    2 cups of sugar
    Pink Food coloring
    100 grs of peanuts
    100 grs prunes
    500 grs of chocolate

    Preparation

    1. Cover the pan with wax paper, in a small pot mix gelatin with hot water and sugar mix until sugar its totally melted boil this mix for 5 minutes, remove from the fire let it cool down, with an electric mixer beat sugar an gelatin until obtaining a smooth batter, pour the batter in wax pan and refrigerate until it thickens, remove the gelatin form the pan by cutting then in small squares.
    2. In a double sauce pan cook peanuts, prunes, coconut and chocolate mix until obtaining a smooth sauce, remove from the pan and pour on the gelatin squares refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
